Equipment for the preparation of corrugates samples for CMT and CCT tests.
FEATURES:
- Energy optimized due to its excellent vertical design. Power consumption 400W instead of the approximately 2.000W that consume the horizontal machines.
- Heating system. The toothed pulleys are heated directly, providing uniform and efficient heat transmission. The heating time to reach the working temperature of 175°C is achieved much faster than in conventional equipment (approximately 15 minutes).
- Test samples are introduced from above.
- Two variants of the equipment available:
- Model AV-S (cod. 100613) - Fixed flutters. The standard supply includes “A” flutter toothed pulleys.
- Model AV-S-OI (cod. 100605) - Interchangeable flutters. Optionally, the equipment can be requested with interchangeable toothed pulleys. (Standard supply “A” and additional flutters “B” and “C”).
The change of the toothed pulleys is carried out easily in approximately 2 minutes. - Distance between teeth: 8.5 ± 0.05 mm.
- Height of teeth: 4.75 ± 0.05 mm.
- Contact pressure of the toothed pulleys: 100 ± 10N.
- Rotational speed of toothed pulleys: 4.5± 1rpm.
- The standard supply includes a sample preparation device for CMT testing.
- The instrument is optionally available with a double sample inlet for samples of 12.7 mm and samples of 15 mm (according to GOST standard). Consult your provider.
