Advantages:
1.To test the bottle cap torque value of opening & closing, Seal Angle.
2.Applicable sample size range: All kinds of round bottles which diameter from 55mm-110mm and height ≤360mm.
3. Can be placed maximum 12 samples, then automatically sampling by conveyor belt. The sample will be measured automatically once arrived at the measurement station. Can save 1000 measurements. It can be connected to the production line and can be used alone.
4. Single station. Mechanical structure is more simple and reliable, easy to maintain. With faster speed which can test 6 bottles in 1 min.
5. Stainless steel design / IP 64 protection grade.
6. Sampling method:
1) Place the samples by manual, automatic sampling by conveyor belt and then measure automatically.
2) Can connect to the production line to achieve automatic sampling and automatic measurement.
7. Transfer measurement via RS232 C (standard) interface or via software.
8.For the bottles which diameter smaller than ∅60, can be placed maximum 12 samples. For the NG samples, can be placed 3-6 bottles.
9. Calibration way: Mechanical weight calibration.
