Versatile image analyzer for paper surface analysis

The PRECISEPRO “Versatile Image Analyzer” is a scanner-based image analysis system designed for measuring various paper surface properties i.e. visible objects/contaminants and uniformity of surface within single scan. Some of applications include measurement of dirt (according to TAPPI-T563), stickies, wax, surface uniformity, print mottle and systematic pattern. Our system is designed for effective paper quality control with flexibility to set up new measurements to meet specific needs.
